Well today started lovely ride down to Lincoln again on the old railway track. Really quick riding and weather was sunny, perfect. Coffee stop at Café Nero with a hot choc with fresh cream it was all going to plan.
Little did i know the route back involved out of town climbs where I lost momentum and walked at one point...the way back in my opinion was up and down with areas of long draggy slow roads and it became boring..im used to seeing lots of villages, coffee shops, cafes and patisseries on our adventures in France but hey ho. I had to put up with sat outside on a concrete block with a sarnie from a Spar shop!!!!.
I was irritated by now even though Andy said I do ok for a 60yr old bird...Andy looked at me and I just replied ..DO NOT LOOK AT ME. Even I smiled then thinking I was pathetic ..all said and done got back and with sunburnt arms too ..completed 57km will I do it again...MAYBE!!!!
